 These escorted coach tours are a great way to see and enjoy New Zealand at an easy pace and represent good value for money. They depart either Auckland or Christchurch on set departure dates. Your driver/guide will be your escort and you will be travelling in ultra modern, superbly appointed touring coaches.

 "Hotels with hospitality" feature in every itinerary. All rooms have a private bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities and most have television, direct dial telephone and radio.  The travel kit includes a travel bag, distinctive ticket wallet containing your itinerary, hotel list, baggage labels, all necessary vouchers, maps and sightseeing information. This will be available at the beginning of your tour.

We recommend that you use smaller, lighter, and therefore more manageable luggage rather than large, cumbersome pieces. Each item should weigh no more than 20kg. Baggage handling/porterage is included in your tour.

We use one of the few companies who recognise the very special Christmas and New Year festivities by hosting a Cocktail Party for all tour members. The hotels offer special menus and the tour company covers any additional cost for those with the Dinner Supplement included.

| Flexibility |
|
|

All itineraries can be broken into modules to suit your specific needs. Many travellers break their journey to visit friends or to enjoy other activities such as the Milford Track Guided Walk before rejoining a later tour. These arrangements are easily made at the time of booking and no cost surcharges are imposed.

| Travelling Alone |
|
|
|
A Coach Tour Holiday is ideal if you are travelling alone; a great opportunity to meet other people and make new friends. Travellers are made up of couples and single travellers from all age groups and walks of life. You will be welcome. Rooming Options: Choose either the guaranteed single room option or request twin share in which case you will be matched with another traveller of the same gender or if this is not possible provide a single room at no extra cost. Compatability can not be guaranteed and this offer is conditional on acceptence of this factor and not smoking in your bedroom regardless the hotel's policy. Pre and post tour accommodation must be at the single rate.

For 3 people booking together and sharing the same room a 5% discount applies to the tour content. Pre and post tour prices are readily available on request. Please note most room configurations are double or twin in which case the third bed is likely to be a rollaway. Four adults sharing is not possible.

Children are most welcome. A New Zealand coach holiday is a great learning and family fun opportunity. Children's costs are based on sharing a room with 2 adult fare paying passengers or one paying the single surcharge, and must be on the same meal basis.
Tour:
2 - 15 years inclusive - £21 per day
Meals:
12 years plus - adult prices
2 - 11 years inclusive - 50% of adult prices.
Train options:
2-14 years inclusive - 50% of adult price
15 years plus - adult prices
Age is calculated at the date travel commences as shown in the travellers' passport.
| Conditions of Booking |

|
A deposit of £84 per person is required at the time of booking. The balance of payment is due not less than 45 days prior to your departure date (note that clients including the Greenstone Walk will need to pay final balance of the walk 75 days prior to departure).
Reservations may be made right up to the tour departure date, subject to availability and bookings confirmed within 45 days of departure require immediate full payment.
Amendments and Cancellations by You
Once your reservations have been confirmed one alteration can be made without additional charges. All subsequent changes will attract a minimum fee of £11 per file.
Once documents have been issued, a £11 amendment fee will be applied for any changes.
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking the following fees are applicable, effective from when the cancellation is received in writing by South Pacific Travellers' World:
For any bookings cancelled after reservations have been confirmed and up to 45 days prior to departure a cancellation fee of £84 per person will apply.
Cancellations made between
44 and 21 days prior to departure - 20% of the total cost
20 - 11 days prior to departure - 50% of the total cost
within 10 days of departure - 100% of the total cost.
Note: Departure date is considered the first date in which pre-booked arrangements have been made.
